My Story
Hi, I'm Freddie, the founder of The British Cheese Co. At 32, I’ve always had a passion for great food, particularly cheese and artisan products. Originally from London, I started this company in 2024 with the goal of bringing the best British cheeses to the forefront. I personally curate every cheese we offer, ensuring each one is a perfect representation of the incredible craftsmanship found across the UK. When I’m not selecting cheeses, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors with my dog, exploring new places and finding inspiration from nature. Every cheese I offer is chosen with care and a love for quality and tradition.
